
Swirl Bars

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light-brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/4 tsp salt
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 1 cup)
Icing:
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp milk
Heat oven to 350 degree's. Grease a 9x13 inch pan and set aside. In large bowl, beat the butter, sugars, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
In second bowl, whisk together flour, oats and salt. On low speed, beat flour mixture unto butter mixture until just combined. Press dough into prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
To make icing: In medium sized bowl, blend confectioners sugar, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Pour icing over the uncut bars while still warm and swirl chips with icing. Cool completely and cut into 16 bars.
