I made these as a FHE treat recently and we all loved them! My husband makes Buckeyes every Christmas that are amazing and he was a bit worried these wouldn't turn out as good as the ones he makes, but they were delicious! Definitely worth making.

Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix, made according to back of box
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup softened butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk, as needed
1/2 cup heavy cream
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Prepare the brownies according to the directions on the box or according to your own recipe. Allow cooked brownies to cool completely. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar until well combined and smooth. The mixture should be thick, but you can add a tablespoon or two of milk if needed so that you can spread the mixture on top of the brownies. Heat the cream in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until it just begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Whisk until the chocolate is melted and it all comes together and becomes very shiny. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then pour over the peanut butter and brownie layers. Smooth the chocolate layer and then place the brownies in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Cut into small pieces.
